July 1st Pot Luck BBQ Open House Party and Drum Circle!

Happy 4th of July Summer Weekend my Friends!

Let’s PARTY!!!

I’m celebrating my release of 50 lbs. by June 30th! June 30th will mark day 85 sine I have had solid food. I’ve been consuming healthy jucing since early April and feel great!

For those of you not going away for the holiday weekend, and looking for a social event, I am hosting a Pot Luck BBQ Open House Party and Drum Circle on Saturday July 1st from 4pm-10pm! Everthing will be open for one big party for socializing, drumming, dance, music, sharing food, and fun!!! The air conditioned studio will be open for relaxing, quiet, cuddling, or healing on a soundtable with a magnetic healing pad. Later on as the sun starts to set we will light the fire pit and drum away! This is an open forum drum circle so no prior experience required. We drum together in improvisation resonating with oneness.

Please bring a healthy dish to share or something to throw on the grill. BYOB responsibly please Bring a lawnchair or 2 if you like.

Come out, celebrate, see friends, meet new friends, even network if you like. My sacred studio will also be open for socializing, Reiki, cuddling, etc. Bring your drums and percussion instruments for other people that may want to play. We have some extra drums and instruments for people that have none. For those of you that want to let go and jam, this is it, jam to the warm and humid weather of July! Please RSVP!
