Most people don’t like to hear this, but, our closest relationships are our biggest teachers and mirrors. We cannot grow into our potential greatness as human beings without relationships. I see who I am through others. I get into trouble when I start listening to myself instead of my coach or others that can see what I do not see. My ego is trained, or programmed like a computer to defend and be right. When I’m in that space I am uncoachable. And, when I am uncoachable I cannot grow. Consider that when we get upset or are triggered by another that we are creating a space for that based on our unresolved past. Our most challenging people in our lives are our greatest teachers. We become bigger people when we take full responsibility for our relationships in our lives. All relationships! This is a very freeing experience that clears a spce to create anew. Anything else is disempowering and being a victim of life’s circumstances. Which way of being do you choose, victimhood or responsibility and c oachability?
